Hello fellow readers! First off, thank you for checking out my blog.

This blog was created in hopes of having a haven where bookworms like myself can take refuge and rant over all things book related. Here, there are no rules, feel free to be as nerdy, geeky, weird as you wish and know that I will never  judge you. Show me your… worst? And I’ll show you mine. 😉

The name “Head In The Clouds, Heart In The Books” was inspired by various people/things/events in my life. The “Head In The Clouds” part? A side effect of being called a dreamer by numerous people and living up to the title. The second part is kind of personal. It’s like every book I read I just leave a part of me with it, be it a book I adore or a book I dislike. Pieces of my heart are scattered all over my bookshelves and in books.

The posts featured:

  • Reviews
  • Weekly features/ memes
  • Book hauls
  • Bookish journeys (book fairs, book signings…)
  • Rants
  • And many more!

I hope you have a great time here! Remember to like, share and comment if something catches your fancy! Your honest feedback and comment(s) are welcomed! 🙂

Hi, nice to blog meet you. I like your introduction part where you say:
“Pieces of my heart are scattered all over my bookshelves and in books”. Just reading this one line is enough to make me love your blog. Look forward to more bookish posts.

Hey there tasha! I really like your blog! especially your tags! they’re so much fun!! I have a question though, how did you add the gooreads reading challenge to your sidebar? I can’t seem to do that on my blog. Thanks for taking a moment to read!

I recently bought two books, Wait for You by J. Lynn and Solitaire by Alice Oseman. I’ve read the J. Lynn book and I enjoyed it, despite it being one of those typical New Adult books. I’m around halfway through Solitaire and I really think you should try it; it’s quite different.
              How about you? 🙂

I’ve read Wait For You too.. Its typical, cheesy, but oh-so-cute!! I liked it, to tell the truth. 😀
I’m reading a lot of romantic suspense right now. Alpha possessive heroes, kickass heroines, action, cheesy romance- they have it all! 🙂
This is totally out of the context but have u read Nocte??

It was definitely cute and Cam… 😀
Ahh.. Alpha possessive heroes, sometimes you feel like punching them; other times you feel like squealing and hugging them. I LOVE kickass heroines, every book with an alpha male needs a kickass heroine. It’s a MUST. Can you recommend any good books with those?
By Courtney Cole, right? Sadly, I haven’t but I’ve heard some good things about it. Have you read it?

KGi series by Maya Banks (this is her one and only non-erotic series, but since she made good characters, and storylines, it was worth it). And then there is the I-Team series by Pamela Clare. Its about a group of female journalists. Okay so maybe none of them were very good pieces of literature, but.. you get what I mean?

Yes I’ve read the first two books of the series in which Nocte is the first book. I even recently wrote a playlist-review post on it. 🙂

    Hey there Tasha!

I LOVE Head in the Clouds, Heart in the Books and am enjoying keeping up with your reviews (the memes are hilarious). I’ve just started a new segment on my site where I’m doing Q & As with my fellow reviewers. Basically, I love hearing about what other people read and why they review, and it turns out my readers enjoy it too!

I’d love to do a Q & A with you, if you have the time. If you’re keen, shoot me an ahoy-hoy here: http://lectito.me/contact/

    Margot 🙂
